I tried to Get the Photoshop Tutorials Done 1

Posted on May 05, 2009 by admin

I said today that I was going to finish the tutorials on the tools palette for Photoshop. I did finish them but i do have to re-do the tutorial because the length of the video was too long.

You Tube allows its users to upload files but they cannot be larger then 1 Gb or longer then 10 minutes. I created the tutorial today and it ended up being about 14 minutes long. So when I went back, it said that it had been rejected because it was too long.

I have seen other videos on You  Tube that are longer then 10 minutes. I think that the service allows some people to make longer videos but I’m sure you need some type of special access to do this.

I am going to get the tutorials up I promise. it might take me another day or two now but I will get them done. As soon as i am done with the tools palette, I might go into some tutorials about blending options but I have not decided yet.

Please stay tuned to Business Tech Stop because I will have many tutorials coming over the next few months. If you have watched any of the videos and like them, make sure that you subscribe to the Business Tech Stop You Tube channel or save Business Tech Stop to your browsers favorites list.

Sorry that I did not get it done but it will be done in the next few days.

Talk to you soon!

Techniques I Am Trying On The Blog 0

Posted on April 30, 2009 by admin

If you are a new user right now, then you must understand one thing. I created this blog no more then 3 weeks ago. I am not paying for any advertising. And I am bringing  back to you techniques, updates and information so you can do the same.

Now if you are here right now reading this, you will know that you came here off one of the free advertising methods I am using right now. I am on a quest to determine how much natural traffic to a website can be achieved from an average person.

I want to know if any regular person can do this and then turn it profitable.

To do this, I am trying to make my blog as interactive as it can be. Interaction brings in people. I have written a few posts about this already. Here are some of the things I am doing with this blog to drive in natural traffic.

I have a live feed set up through Ustreamthat I haven’t utilized to its fullest. I hope to use this later on when there are more people at the website at once. This way they can hear me and chat back on the chat platform.

I have been trying to create 1 to 2 videos a day for You Tube. This I think is going to do really well once people are following along. I have also been building a video section to organize the videos. This way new people to the site will be able to go back and get it all in order.

I have been doing at least 1 post a day to the blog. I do have 3 pages indexed by Google so far but  not on any keywords that would get any traffic. I will further target my pages later to pull in more traffic once Google starts indexing my website more often.

I am also going to start an SEO campaign soon. I am going to start it off like any other person with no money would do. I am going to write articles, go to forums and get links on blogs. I am going to do this but I am going to make sure everything is highly targeted so Google thinks more of my website.

If I am at a Photoshop Forum, then I will have a link in my signature that goes back to a Photoshop topic on my blog. If I am at a make money online forum, then I will have the link in my signature go back to a page focused on making money online. If I write an article, I will make sure that it is targeted to a topic on my blog but not in any way duplicate content.

I have added a Twitteraccount to Business Tech Stop. Yesterday I customized the background for my Twitter Page to further brand this blog (Make sure to look at it). I also found out that if you go to Twitter, find the people related to your blogs topic and follow them, they will usually follow you in return. I also found that a lot of the people that do not follow a lot of people are somewhat likely to follow you as well. Don’t know how effective this is yet but it is a good way to build up some followers.

These are some of the things that I am working on right now. If I continue to actually plan things out before I do things then I should get way better results. The biggest thing that made me think about this is the SEO work I am about to do. If I get links from websites that are completely unrelated, it could in turn hurt my blog. Instead I am going to make sure every single link is targeted that I get. Lets see how it works!

I will continue to upadte you on the blogs process and what I have done to it.
